Citrulline Malate: This pair of amino acids are found in most fruits and are involved in the creation of energy in cells. As an energy booster, it is easier to absorb than nitric oxide booster, and the improved absorption means it helps enhance physical performance more. It improves muscle endurance, relieves muscle soreness, and helps enhance aerobic performance.

Beta-Alanine: The last thing you want when you are exercising is an acid build-up, and this is regulated by carnosine, which lessens acidity.  Beta-Alanine helps increase levels of carnosine in the body. This helps you to increase your potential workload, and this can lead to an increase in lean mass.

Betaine: Also known as trimethylglycine, this ingredient found mainly in beets and other plants, boosts muscle endurance and increases strength, which it is theorized, derives from its ability to protect cells from damage caused by exercise and therefore helps improve performance.

Alpha-GPC: This molecule helps increase output and prevents cognitive decline, while increasing growth hormone levels. This helps your cognitive abilities during training and means it is easier to maintain focus.

Usage / Dosage

The instructions for usage are worked out to provide you with the best results based on optimum serving sizes, but there is going to be some room for adjustment to account for a personal experience with taking the supplement. The suggested serving size is two scoops.

For your first time using the Legion Pulse Pre-Workout, it is recommended that you mix one scoop with 10-12 ounces of water 15 to 30 minutes before exercising so that you can gauge your tolerance.

At that point, if you suffer from anything that you would consider non-optimum, you’re advised to consult with a doctor before using it further.

Once you know whether you are okay to use it, you can use 1 or 2 scoops 15 to 30 minutes before intense cardio or weight training which lasts longer than 45 minutes
